I am obsessed with food. You are reading a food blog that was started after my passion for food needed to be channeled somewhere other than my mouth. What’s a little ironic is that I’m also a dietitian. It may seem a little hypocritical, but I do believe in moderation…if you are going to have dessert, and are leading a healthy lifestyle (Exercise is key!) you might as well splurge on the ultimate dessert instead of a bland healthy knock off. I will try to post some healthy recipes from time to time, and you’ll also hopefully be seeing some more Arab recipes that reflect my heritage. I post what I like to make, like to eat, and any thoughts on restaurants. I hope this benefits all of my friends who have been asking for my recipes, and anyone else who finds themselves on my blog.
